Bolzano, Bolzano Razor Blades, 100 Pack

Every time I buy a new safety razor, I remind myself how inexpensive the blades are as compared to cartridges. You can find many blades as reasonably priced as six or seven cents apiece. These cost more but they are worth it. They are sharp and give a consistently outstanding shave. They are not as sharp as Feather but sharper than the majority of the blades in your drawer. Several people have stated that these are particularly good in an adjustable razor, I find them outstanding in all razors.

Update 2: I have just received a third order of the Bolzano razor blades; they are the best.. I reviewed these blades already, so this is an update: I have used several of the highest Amazon rated razor blades; in comparison to those blades, I found that these are the best of the best; sharp and smooth and have worked well for 5 uses (maybe more, but 5 is my limit - update: I now use these blades 7 times/two pass shaves daily before changing; they remain sharp until change out). Note - when I first used these blades, I did so in a regular safety razor and the blades did not perform as well as expected. However, I upgraded to a high rated adjustable safety razor and these blades work better than expected.

I ordered these because I got bored with my Astra DE blades. The Bolzano blades cut close, but are smooth. The edge seems less jagged. As a result you cut yourself less. A good comfortable shave. The one thing that stands out is that there's a lot more audible feedback while shaving with these blades. For the price, you can't go wrong.

These blades, to me and a lot of the real experienced wet shavers in the world, respect and use these blades often. They are phenomenal. They are super sharp, and yield about 6-8 shaves per blade. Smooth right out of the lack, probably the smoothest I have ever felt. Behind the Feather blade and the Kai blade, these are right behind them in terms of sharpness. They get the job done and do it with absolutely no irritation what so ever. If you want really good blades that you will pay a little extra for, but certainly get your money's worth, get these.

I purchased a pack of five Bolzano razor blades and was sold on that blade. The shave was comfortable and the blade was sharp. I went with the grain, cross the grain and against the grain, when I finished shaving, I ordered one hundred blades to make sure I had enough. My recommendation is to try it and see if they work for you, I am pretty sure you will be buying them again.

Bought these thinking they were better than the Astra platinum. Sadly they are not even close I think even the cheep Shark blades are better.

I don't know how else to put it, sharp & smooth. I was using Astra SP before this. I will not be switching back. For me, this is just as smooth as the Astras but much sharper. Holds it edge a shave or so longer also.

I've been using Bolzano super inbox as my go to blade for at least 6 years. It's important for people to understand shaving by the person's beard-type. I've got dry sensitive skin and wirey, thick, Irish beard. Not a great combination. Most razors dull after the second use. Tallow shave cream helps tremendously. Bolzano is sharp end just next to feather, if I go less sharp, it tugs and leaves me bad burn. Bolzano also has the coating that keeps it smooth and irritation -free. This last order I made in October 2023, same box, different wax paper. Nothing but irritation blade after blade-and bad irritation. Takes my skin a full day to recover. I also had some shadow at 3pm after the shave. Never happened before. If you love Bolzano like I do, look somewhere else. This is not the same blade.

I really like these blades...I Got into DE shaving about 8 months ago and have tried a decent variety of blades. These blades seem to have the 'softness' of an Astra with the super clean shave of a Derby..... Incredibly well balanced blades.

I use these with my Merker 38C razor. I get a great shave even if I'm shaving everyday. Baby skin smooth with no irritation at all. This is a quality blade.
