I wear this daily to hold my insulin pump if my outfit doesn’t have a sturdy enough waistband to clip it too.Very comfortable with easy adjustments.I wear it to sleep in as well - so comfortable.

Perfect. Stays in place whike sleeping. Works great with clothing that has no pockets. Sleek design fits Tandem pump and infusion li e easily. Only con is I had to pin the straps so they didnt continually loosen. Extremely small con. Rec highly.

10/20/23 The stitching holding the zipper broke, then the zipper unzipped when I was detaching it to sew it back in. I could sew a new zipper on, but I'd rather find one without a zipper.In 2022 I wrote this when I first got it: I use this to hold my insulin pump at night. This lovely belt is both lightweight and easy to wear. I never notice it at night. I move a lot while I'm sleeping, but it keeps my pump at the same place.When I used the pump's clip to fasten it to the top of my underwear, it was too close to the top of my hip and that dislodged it. Now that it's at my waist, I don't notice it at all

This is my favorite - I've bought or made quite a few. Easy to adjust, stays put, holds the pump in place securely.

The zipper head was broken. However the pouch was comfortable. It is a it thin so make sure your pump fits well. I have a tSlim X2 and it for real good
