Q: Will this quick release work with part #120h hub adapter?

From what I understand, this Gen 2 quick release works with all of NRG's hubs. I have a gen 3 Short Hub and this works with that platform.

Q: Anyone else having issues with play in the ball bearings?

I have run mine for 2 racing seasons and no play .

Q: I allready have the 6 bolt adapter hub will tgis quick release match a grant 5 bolt pattern

No, you will need part number SRK-330BK (6 hole bottom 5 hole top).
