Q: the description in the title of this item says fabric paint, but the picture and written description are of acrylic....is it really fabric ink?

This is a screen printing ink that is used for printing on fabric that has an acrylic binder. Yes, it is for fabric, but can also be used on paper if you wish.

Q: Will this print on plastic yard signs?

We do not recommend printing on plastic. However, it may work if you seal it with an aerosol sealant afterwards.

Q: Roughly how many shirts can be printed with one bottle with an image like the review below (nurse shirt)?

That depends on the mesh count of your screen and how many passes you use. This is the non-opaque version so you will need more than 1 pass and if you don't have a movable flash cure unit and print wet on wet you most likely will need 3 passes. At 3 passes on 110mesh you will probably get 50-75 shirts our of it. If you use the opaque and flash cure between passes you will likely get 125-150 shirts out of a quart. Depending as well on the image size. Too many factors to concretely say how many shirts you get out of 1 quart.
