Good quality jars, just the right size. Not so big that you've got jam sitting in the fridge for weeks.The only downside was that the ink from the 'chalk' pen, doesn't dry on the labels, even hours later. So when you handle the jars, the ink just smears into an unreadable smudge.

The jars were well packaged, and arrived on days stated by amazon.

Tried to sterilise jars with hot water and three have cracked

I’ve been using these jars regularly for a while now and on the first use I found out of six jars 2 had issues with the lids fitting. I put the lids on tight and picked them up, and the lid was loose and didn’t seem to want to close properly. I made another batch of my creams and the same thing happened again. I even tried some straight from the box, thinking sterilising them with boiling water had affected the seal, but it still happened to a few of them.

I have a massive herb and spice collection as I cook a lot. I was fed up of storing them in bags that split and made a mess or decanted into old jam jars that looked a mess too. These have appealed to my ocd with their uniformity and pleasing looks and my need for them in alphabetical order on shelves in rows. I ran out of labels but made identical ones with some black card, a punch, a white marker and a glue stick.

Arrived on time. Great wee jars perfect for holding my babys food portions in when we were weaning.However the labels arrived pretty banged up and most were unusable.
