They don’t slide around or roll up on you because of their inner lining which keeps them in place against leggings or skin. Great buy for sure. Sorry about the audio. My boyfriend was gaming 😅

I like the way these bands stay in place, they don't roll or slip. I like the fact that they are stiff enough to give your muscles a good workout with the amount of pressure noted on each band.

I was a little skeptical when I first bought these, but OMG they were AMAZING!.They sit comfortably and are extremely durable.If you want to start doing at home workouts, these are for you!

Inexpensive and high-quality resistance bands to upgrade any workout. These fabric bands don't pinch the skin and stay in place well. It even comes with a little baggie for storage and transportation as well as a guide with some example exercises. Definitely recommend!

Really good product. Pleased with the quality of the fabric and the different strengths of each band. I prefer these over rubber bands because they don’t slide up while you’re exercising. I’d recommend this to any of my friends and family and any of you searching for a good durable band.

No se que tan efectivas sean las bandas para tonificar piernas, por que estoy recién operada y aún no podré usarlas, pero están bellísimas, buena calidad y no se resbalan en el cuerpo, todas son del mismo tamaño pero tienen diferente resistencia. Además para mi como mujer cursi los colores me encantaron 🤣

Unless you are a professional athlete, you don't want these. The lightest weight was too heavy to use on my ankles as resistance for ballet poses. I'd be shocked to learn anyone is using the heaviest resistance band, which is up to 60 lbs of resistance. For reference, I'm in my mid 20's with good health; I hike, do yoga, and exercise 3x/week.Even if you ARE an athlete who wants this level of resistance, go to your local sporting goods store instead of buying these. Or buy used off of FB marketplace, as the amount of plastic used to wrap these resistance bands is ridiculous. A total of 5 non-recyclable, non-reusable plastic bags in this order. For what? Like why couldn't they be shipped with a cardboard label? Ridiculous. If the company is reading this, please do better. No one wants all of this plastic.At least the company did let me return.

Son más de lo que espere, con más resistencia de lo imaginado, hago ejercicio y usaba bandas de latex esto supera por mucho la resistencia iniciare con la más ligera
