I love this mat, had trouble with a thinner mat that would bunch up this mat is perfect, thick, soft and doesn't move. A+

I plan to use this item as a sleep mat when I visit my kids (I'm SO done with air mattresses, aargh!). Obvi, I can't speak to the mat's properties in regard to its intended use (yoga), but I CAN say that I'm extremely happy with the general quality. It's completely odorless and the density is wonderful; I ordered the 1" thick mat and I cannot pinch my fingers together through it. However, I must point out that the mat actually measures just over 3/4", not the advertised 1". It ain't cheap, but even so, I'm more than happy with it and I would buy it again.

Measures 3/4”, not 1” as listed, but one thick, dense, comfortable mat. I actually like the 1/2” one by the same brand better since it rolls up more easily and unrolls flatter, but this mat is the thickest, most dense mat I’ve found yet. It’s fantastic! With wood floors and no carpet, all other mats did not provide enough cushioning to be comfortable, but this one certainly does! It is more expensive, but for good reason. A bit hard to store since you cannot easily roll it back up (and then would need to let it flatten again), so best if you have a place to store it flat. And not the best solution for bringing with you as it is heavy, but a wonderful mat for home use.

worth the extra price (a good example of "you get what you pay for")

Not using it as a yoga pad , but instead and using it as a topping over my lumpy mattress. Liked it initially but found it a little too stiff. Like it. And we'll keep it. If I needed for another use.

For yogis looking for a sticky, sticky mat this is not for you. It was wonderfully thick, but the sticky was lacking. I'm trying to replace my painfully thin sticky mat and have not found the magic one yet. My opinion is that the yoga mat industry pumps out inferior mats bc they know we will buy them, regardless. Help!

The media could not be loaded. This is very thick. The thickest yoga mat I ever see. But it’s heavy as well. So it’s only for home use, hard to carry it to gym. It’s nice for yoga. Thick enough for my wood floor.
