Purchased for my husband whose arthritis is starting to give him grief. I chose this one specifically because the handle is angled, so no need to hold his arm up to be level with the top shirt button. He gets to keep his arm in a comfortable lower position. Easy to use and gets the job done, A+++

The handle is more ergonomic and the spring steel of the loop is not weak and does not bend out of shape like the very cheap attempts at such a tool, but you still need to learn the dexterity needed to reverse guide (via mirror) to hook small buttons and keep them hooked until it's through the button hole. Once you have that skill this item will not fail you like the many crap products.
