For those suffering from poor post workout recovery , try amino lean ! I decided to try this product in general because I was advised that amino acids would help my body recover from workouts as I was starting weight lifting again. Before using this product, I would be sore and dysfunctional for many days after a round of weight training or strenuous exercise. I was not taking any amino acids to replenish post workout. When looking into aminos I decided to get amino lean and i have noticed a drastic difference. I will say that I have also been upping other vitamins and my protein as well but I definitely noticed a huge difference from amino lean recovery itself. I consume a scoop right after my workout and my recovery has been insanely better. I’m pretty much doing exercise everyday as opposed to once a week and i really noticed a big difference adding in the amino lean recovery to my routine. I do consume a half scoop to a scoop on my off days for maintenance because it had good vitamin content and nutrients for my body regardless. It has a good dose of vitamin c, D and zinc. Note : i have only tried the recovery versions of amino lean and here’s why. The recovery versions ingredient list is for the most pretty clean. No dyes which their other pre workout versions have and no caffeine which means I can drink it at any time of the day. I initially tried the blood orange flavor and I liked it but I will say that blue raspberry tastes wayyyyy better and I noticed some other people complaining about the orange flavor so something to keep in mind. As you can see in the pics I included it turns into a very Light blue and is quite delicious in my opinion. I could go on with more details but I hope this helps. I purchased this product on my own and wrote this review because I genuinely like it and it has helped me.

Overall good purchase

I stack this with my pre-workout out of the same flavor and different brand. I did notice the boost of energy and swift recovery during my workout. I was able to push harder and have less muscle soreness than previously without this product. I did as instructed and on off days took it 2 times with a large vessel of water, my 32oz yeti. The flavor is strong with less water so adjust accordingly. Overall I like it. I feel good and there's no weird cardiac effects or GI effects. I would recommend 👌

Can’t wait to try this

I’ve been using this post workout for a few months now. Since Blood Orange is on back order, I went with Tropical Punch. The can I received was spilling powder in the package as the seal was broken. I contacted RSP for a replacement. Received the replacement which also had a broken seal. Both cans had the same Lot # so not sure if it’s just a bad batch, but frustrating to deal with especially when it’s not your first choice. I reached out again and haven’t heard back from customer service with a solution. They’re easy to work with though and can hopefully send a quality replacement to end this saga.

Love this stuff, take it every day. Makes me feel good, and I feel hydrated.

It dissolves well in water and tastes good. I noticed it helps me feel less sore the day after working out. DELICIOUS if you add a splash of passionfruit juice!
