Very nice and one of the most comfortable chairs in the market at this price range. I installed it myself easily in roughly 20 minutes by following the instructions of the brand in the provided manual, and they do have free installation option as well via engineer visit.

Hi, I have bought this chair on jan 2022 but i writting this review on july because i want to share the overall experience after 6mnths.. My recommendation is dont every buy any green soul chairs... i have ordered this for work from home and before ordering this i was using norml plastic chair , after i bought this im suffering from lots of pains in my spine , neck , back , shoulder , arms , thighs , and everywhere.... In past 10 years im ordering in amazon but this is the worst experience for me .... Okay, im gonna tell the issues i faced. 1. Alignment of the seat is tilted , so it makes me back , thighs and leg pain. 2. The both handles height is not even so it causing me shoulder and arm pain. 3. The tilt is the worst part when i push back rest the seat also comes us which makes a uncomfortable worst feel ever. 4. The back rest torsion for hard and easy push back is not working. 5. The head rest is a really useless feature in this beacuse of its height placement and it make me neck pain. Finally, I bought this chair for work from home to avoid body pains but the truth is after i bought this im having lot's of body pain. Even i asked help from greensoul under warranty to fix my issues , but their time to respond my message took very long time even 2 , 3 days ... even i have contacted them through whatsapp customer support for faster solution but it took 2 days for them to see my message ... once they seen the message they are asking us to send video or photo of the chair , in this useless step i became very angry because im suffering from lots of pain but they asking us they things after a very long responding time and it makes me more angry ... i don't know how they can feel our body pain and issue throught a video or photo of a chair this is totally useless... okay now next issue.... after that they arranged me a technician to fix this but they came after 2 days and they checked and they can see the issues's and feel the issues's while sitting on the chair but they don't know how to fix this because everything seems to be okay but its causing pains... most importantly they cant fix the handle issue to fix both handles at a equal height , they tried but they saying its good because they don't know to fix this after that they left by saying problem is fixed but truth is nothing was fixed. again , again , again, i raised for technical support for 5 times in 5 months but no one can't fix this issue till now.... no one is willing to buy this product even im willing to give for half the price... even i asked greensoul to take this chair but they also not willing to take this , so now you know this product's worth... so finally i throwed this chair inside the store room and i started to work with normal plastic chair which is better than this 9k useless chair... that is the video i have added in this comment.. SO DON'T EVER BUY A GREENSOUL CHAIR... Just go to a nearby shop and buy a office chair which is half the price comparing this and product quality is worth and service will be good and you sit and you can buy with 100% satisfaction. his is my first week of using the Green Soul chair, and so far the experience has been very good. The build quality feels solid, the design looks premium, and the chair provides good comfort and support, especially for long sitting hours. The cushioning and adjustments are smooth, and it has definitely improved my seating posture compared to my old chair. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels sturdy once set up.
