My toddler has cerebral palsy and is obsessed with straps and buckles! I'm ordering this for a Christmas gift. Its a learning tool for fine motor skills. You sound ignorant for even asking this question. Apparently you don't pay attention or discipline your children if they are unbuckling their seatbelts.

I believe it says surface wash only. I have use laundry bags to wash things like this in the washer.
