Amazing little machine, much more than I expected! I can cook fast or slow. MOCooker cleans up like a dream, much easier than my old crockpot. I love that the unit has a handle and detachable power cord, obviously a lot of thought went into this machine. This is one of my smartest buys. I was only interested in the delay start function when I bought it and I stumbled onto a cooking jewel! I had to request the cookbook, but the manufacturer responded quickly and sent me the E-cook book.

This replaced both our 20+ yo crock pot and rice cooker. Chose this one only for ceramic lining.Cons: control panel not immediately intuitive; need the manual until you catch on. Rice, even for 1 cup exuberantly frothed up through steam vent. Steam vent can burn fingers if not careful. Top of lid flexes when pushing closed; feels flimsy. In fairness, that's only how it felt; no permanent distortion.PROS: Did a stew far better than the old crock pot. Rice came out perfectly and did not stick to the pot. Insulated handles on pot meant I could take it out immediately. Stew/slow cooker switches from high to warm automatically after programmed time and warms/continues slow cook until you're ready. A folding carry handle let's you carry it easily, even right after using; helps clear counter top in middle of preparing the meal.3/2019. Cooker worked great up until today when the plastic latch for the lid broke. Can't keep the top down without balancing a weight on the top. Used the cooker about 3 times a month and carefully stored it between uses.

The coating material of the bowl is of poor quality. Food burns. Time sensor does not work on some programs from the first day I start use it. Programs get lost sometimes at the very beginning of work, after which, it is impossible to continue to use.My mom, my daughter, my cousin and me have the same device with the same design in Europe, it a completely different quality of work and material and this device is cheaper there. But the design the same it was the reason why I choose it here in usa. I'm so sad. I do not recommend it.

I was cooking in it 5 days a week, but now 3 months in the latch to close it broke. Now 6 months it gives me an E4 error message and no longer works.

I love the idea of this appliance. I have always had trouble with slow cookers because the food comes out over cooked unless you are around to make sure it doesn't coo too long. I bought this because I wanted to better be able to control the temp. I liked the idea that it could bake, fry, make yogurt and do your laundry (well not your laundry but it has a lot of functions). It could also act as a slow cooker and hold food at the optimal temperature no more over cooked food. Hey and by the way it's a rice cooker. I have had some success with it and I like the no stick pot inside. I've made mac and cheese, a pineapple upside down cake, and Asian chicken thighs among other things. What gave me problems was the manual and the cook book. Both are difficult to read and not very helpful. I am winding up making stuff up as I go along. If I can figure out the right temperature and the right amount of time to cook something it comes out great but I have to make guesses to make that happen. I look at the recipe book and find something sort of like what I want to cook ad then guess the rest. To wrap up, the appliance works great, the manual and cookbook need to be rewritten.

Hello.I just bought this slow cooker.Tested with soup. Turkey beef with veggies.Wonderful results.I'm person very busy. But I love healthy food.I know all European cuisine. I see can I prepare all of them in this dish .I just ordered second one.My idea is prepare one dish in first and second one in next.Comfortable , time saving... excellent.What can I say more?Strongly recommend for those, who don't have to much time for spending in kitchen but want eating healthy.Beautiful design, looks beautiful, very practical.Thanks for producer and big thanks for seller.Seller very responsible, delivered in time.Greetings and be happy with that purchase like me.

Loved it but you almost have to hit it with a hammer to get it to work!I so loved this cooker. I had it for a month and used it for everything. Lots of rice, whole potatoes, wonderful steak, and one of the best pineapple upside down cakes I have ever had. The problem was the complicated, unresponsive face plate. Supposed to be like a touch screen with pressure sensitive buttons, but they weren't. Sensitive. At all. I am a big guy, and I had to push as hard as I could to get it to sellect a function. I emailed customer service. They said they had calls about this problem before and told me to try pushing for longer times, like five seconds. With regrets, I repacked this otherwise great cooker and sent it back to China.

This is not my favorite. Fist of all, there is a red light that constantly flashing. It kills me. Second, I used it mainly to cook rice. In order to get to the rice feature, you have to press 16 times or so to get there. My Tiger rice cooker and most of the old ones I owned has a quick start button, makes everything faster. I got so frustrated after a few days and returned.
