You must have enough space under your doors.

Not able to prevent rats
Well this looks great when you first install it but then in a day or two they keep getting pulled along with the gate (first problem) and have noticed that rats can easily crawl under it and from the sides as well.For them to work you gate should have very less space under them, only like 1 cm or so. Anything beyond that it won't work.
