This leash is 26 feet,is is enough to play outdoor.

Q: clasp/hook is way too heavy for my cat. How do I replace it with a smaller one?

Not sure why this clasp would be too heavy for your cat. I think it is quite lightweight. Hopefully you are hooking it to a cat harness and not to a collar. You could try hooking a normal cat leash to the harness first and then hook that leash to the reflective cat leash.
