For the price it does its job. Its nothing great, nor it is very poor. The battery life is great. Sound output is balanced nothing amazing, if you are into bass then this is not for you. The build quality could have been better. My first impression on the build quality is very average. Being from a brand, the build quality should have been better, the wire material is not upto the mark it feels like it may break very easily. And the plastic on the control panel is average. But the earpiece is built of metal that is good. So overall its a normal product, nothing great. If you just want a bluetooth earphone for day to day task it is good. But for heavy users who want great performance, they will be disappointed in terms of bass and build quality. Personally I bought it just because it is made in India. And I am satisfied with it because it fulfills my requirements.Edit: After 7 months of normal usage the left earphone stopped working. My neckband is within the warranty period of 1 year. On 15/02/2022 I raised a replacement request as per MiVi's guidelines via thei support email id wherein I sent my invoice details and product image. I got a response to my warranty claim email on 24/02/2022. In the response I was asked to follow some troubleshooting steps to check if the product is working but it did not work hence on 02/03/2022 they confirmed me that my product would be picked up and on 04/03/2022 they shared an AWB number of the courier company which will pickup the product. Till date no one from the courier company came to pickup the product and I am still waiting for my product to get replaced/repaired. There has been no repsonse from MiVi's side till now. Let me tell you when you call MiVi customer helpline there is no one actually handling your issues, only interactive voice is there to guide you with some standard response which is of no use to me. It has been more than 20 days I am stuck in this endless loop of MiVi's pathetic customer service. I would request everyone of you who is reading this review to avoid MiVi. It may seem lucrative option while buying because of the pricing of products when compared to other brands but it comes at the cost of no customer support once u need it. I myself was satisfied with the product and gave good rating and review after using the earphones, but now I regret purchasing it because of no warranty support inspite of them claiming 1 year warranty and my product being within the warranty.Reducing the rating to 1 because it is the minimum rating available here. They deserve a big zero rating.

overall product is good with nice sound and noise cancellation, easy to use but the bass is not good. There are better options available at this price....but overall it is worth buying

Best Quality And budget Friendly

I'll give my feedback in pros & cons after using it for more than 1 month. Let me start with cons.Cons:1. Sound quality is average. My philips earpods sound better.2. Doesn't work with VOIP calls on my laptop using MS Teams or Zoom. I bought it for my official meetings in work from home. But my audience claims that my voice is very very feeble with this headphone.3. Even after full charge (blue light), it shows not more than 90% on my mobile.4. Once battery reaches 30%, it takes 15 mins to full discharge and switch off.5. Sometimes it doesn't connect on 'Call' mode on mobile, it connects only on 'music' mode. Then I have to disconnect and reconnect.Pros:1. Good battery backup: With 90% charging it runs for 3 days with 45 mins of music and 2-3 hrs of voice calls daily.2. Charges fast: Full charge from 0% to 100% in less than 1 hr when plugged in power source. Full recharge from 50% to 100% in less than 20 mins when connected to laptop's USB port.3. Very comfortable, I keep it on my neck the whole day.4. Good call quality, but at times people say that my volume is low and then I have speak louder than I usually do.5. Good price and made in India.Verdict: Review and analyze the pros & cons and purchase it to promote made in India products.

It was working perfectly for 6 months and after it just stopped. I bought 2 of them and both of them were like this. It's waste of money. I feel that the lowest volume is too loud, if I'm sitting in a quite place the sound hurts my ears. Invest your money in quality product even if the price is high at least you'll get some quality.

Quality is good

I am writing this review after a year.this was my testing period.after 4 months, the right side of the earphones stopped working,I have sent it to the mivi customer service and could successfully claim the warranty period offer of repair..but after like 2/3 months it stopped working again, and exactly 2/3 weeks from now, it stopped working completely..so I would suggest that if u in want of a long lasting earphones, just wait for sometime till u save enough money to buy something better than mivi.But the audio quality, comfort etc were fine till the time it worked
