After seeing Dr Abby Philips studies ( whey availability, peptiside and heavy metals presences etc.) on whey proteins and the recommentation of One science and Ultimate nutrition, i planned to buy One science whey protein.I usually do minimum to moderate workout, and there was not much changes was there for my muscles. I thought its because of my workout. But after starting One science whey, i can see visible changes in my body. (I was using one popular brand whey protein previously, but when Dr Abby done studies on that, there is only 25% whey protein per serving. Company claims and advertising 75% protein in each serving )Highly recommended.

Cons:Ace-K (Acesulfame Potassium) is one of the worst artificial sugar that can irritate the stomach lining, disturb the gut microbiome and cause many issues.This has an insane amount of Ace-K I can't even drink it because of it's sweetness.Pros:Smell and flavour is very good.Consistency is also very good.I have read about this particular brand on "the liver doctor" subreddit and twitter (I forgot the actual username, but his full name is Dr. Cyriac Abby Phillip, Kochi).He ran some tests on all the popular whey protein brands for presence of heavy metals. This was one of the very few brands without heavy metal contamination. This was also one of the two recommended brands.I can't find the link but I think you can easily find it by googling.Despite all this, I strongly advise you to not get this brand or any brand with AceK or any artificial sweetener in it. They outweigh all the pros.Better go for unflavored whey isolate.

I've tried many protein powders available in India, but this one stands out as my favorite. It's easily one of the best in terms of quality and results. The only drawback is that the unflavored version, which I prefer, is not available at the moment. If they bring that back, it would be perfect!

I've tried ON and GNC for years and always felt bloated. Thought I'd try this after seeing the protein powder research that the Liver doc's team did. Just a few days but so far so good. No bloating.

Good product. But taste gets 1 star

This is a good product. I came here after the Protein Project thread by TheLiverDoc on X.This is one of the better whey protein powders that's available, with no significant additives.The bad reviews are mostly for the seller actually.Please buy on their own website if required.Back to the product, it has less sugar than many other products. And the taste is not overpowering. Best used within 30 mins of workout.
