Beware: No Amazon Support or Returns for DOA product
I bought this item and it was not detected by either my system bios or OS. I also tried it with Windows and Apple computers using an SSD enclosure, and it was not detected. This item was DoA, but despite the seven day return, Amazon asked me to contact Transcend. I am unable to identify a service centre for Hyderabad, as one is not listed on the website. This was a total waste of money, and Amazon is not providing any support at all. Do not buy this. Even your neighbourhood computer store will provide better warranty support.
