I've bought 3! *by S***E on 9 July 2016* This is my 3rd CDI torque wrench that I've purchased from Amazon. This was bought to complete my set as I already owned the 1/2 and 3/8 sizes. I believe the heads are the only difference between these and the Snap on version. While I love snap on and have used snap on extensively along with craftsman and occasionally some husky brand stuff, these are absolutely amazing quality and accuracy for the price. I've recently installed a new clutch, brakes, rotated tires, and used this 1/4 size for torqing a slave cylinder to a transmission and some motorcycle and dirt bike maintenance. All torque wrenches have held up awesome and stay in calibration very well providing you zero them out when done, keep them clean, and store them carefully in their cases. I love that they come with a protective case and a certificate of calibration. If you like high quality tools and don't want to pay snap on prices definitely buy CDI. I haven't had any issues in 2-3 years, so that says a lot considering how much they are used. Plus, if they ever need recalibration I can mail them to CDI in Southern California for a reasonable cost. Others have mentioned that warranty is not effective if purchased through Amazon. I can't comment on that as I've never had a problem.
