Being 36 and male, trying to keep my hair as full as possible, I decided to try this after stumbling across information that DHA/Omega 3's/Omega 6's/Biotin could be an alternative to Rogaine. (Rogaine made me sick.) I'm surprised to say this stuff actually works. I've been taking it 1 month so far and my hair is noticeably fuller, shinier, softer, and I'm pretty sure it's growing again in the typical spot that thins on the back of men's heads. It'll take a bit longer for absolute confirmation but I know for a fact it's making it fuller and softer.
