Said it would fit a Ford Escape 2017 reservoir. It lied. I had to use tinfoil and elastic to stay on.

this part should not be recommended for a taurus, its nowhere near close to a functional fit, this cap is a snap on type lid, 2003 taurus needs a twist on type cap. this cap only fits over the opening and there is no actual positive functional sealing provided, sitting loosely over the inlet it does vibrate free easily with little driving. i'd return it but i lost the plastic bag it was shipped in and suspect it'll cost more in return freight than i'd get back for it.
