So many health benefits. I take these because they help the nervous system so I can concentrate and think more clearly, and it also helps with my anxiety. It's the maximum dose allowed and very effective. It's easy to swallow with no after taste. The best value for money i could find and seals well in pouch so stays fresh.

These B1 vitamins are fab! Help my memory and calm my anxiety.Good value for 120 tablets,lasts ages!Only downside, they're a bit tricky to swallow, but worth it.My 18-year-old had trouble with them though.Sorted for me, though!

advised to take a couple off weeks before heading up to the isle of Mull & take while there to deter midges. I never had a problem, but no one else on holiday did too & were not bothered or bitten so I really dont know if it was worth the expense. Have also ben told to eat marmite too which is fine by me. Rest of the packet is in the cupboard.
