Really cool great design

First pair arrived and were broken. After requesting a replacement the second pair came next day with no problems at all. Great service. Not spend enough time with earphones to comment on quality as of yet.

The headphones had great sound quality & battery life.Now for the bad news: they were not waterproof to any degree, my pair fell apart after a few minutes in the rain & are now unusable.Please don't waste your money (even if they're reduced for the Prime Day sale)

They are a poor fit in the ear and fall out a lot

The sound and noise cancelling is great when I’m sat still but get up and walk around and the earbuds start to come loose and everything starts to sound very distant and tinny; try and exercise with them on and they fall out. None of the earbud adjusters make a difference. Generally really disappointed in these now trying to sell them to recoup some of the money lost!

It works very well

Belkin SoundForm Freedom True Wireless Earbuds came nicely packaged, with well made packaging, but somewhat poor instructions.Starting from the instructions all you have is how to manually pair them, and what functions are covered and basically that is it what you have to work with. As in bellow review I will mentioned the whole process I had to go through I would like to add that troubleshooting and meaning of led light blinking codes would be amazing to include.After managed connection with my phone I was amazed how nice crisp sound and deep bass these have. And next to that they are loud! So I'd like you to pay attention to it.Well all this lasted for big 5 minutes. After that earbuds simply disconnected and I couldn't do anything further. From factory reset (which is included in instructions) to charging the headphones for full day even if they were on 80% of battery when received and set up. Earbuds were not showing in bluetooth devices, right earbud was fast flashing blue led light which later on transferred onto left one.All this lead me to finding a big problem with Belkin who has poor customer service and when tried to chat, write an email or contact customer service at all I simply got an error and couldn't proceed any further. This left me with unusable earbuds and bad experience so I gave up and left them to sit on the side.After about 3-4 day I decided to try them again and surprise. They decided to work again, connect and stay connected to this day and now I am using them daily! After such a roller coaster I have to say they are giving me a good impression every day as their main purpose of providing high-quality sound is met. Important to mention that they come with 2 additional replacement silicone cups of different size and they fit into my ears comfortable.Price does satisfy the functionality and quality of earbuds but definitely Belkin should work and fix their customer service and provide additional information with included troubleshooting for full product satisfaction.

These are by far the best value for money I have ever gotten from earbuds. They are so affordable and of fantastic quality. They come in a neat little charging box and hold a LOT of charge, usually a full week, listening to 3-4 hours per day, and over time, I haven't noticed much degrading in the battery. Picks up on Bluetooth immediately too, which is nice.Excellent earphones.
