This agar agar powder is excellent for creating eye catching sweets. My fruit jelly looked crystal clear and attractive impressing guests during parties and special occasions. My wife is really happy with this product.

Very expensive at over Rs. 200/- for only 10 gms
10 gms is just about two teaspoons of the powder. The final bottle that comes does not look like what is shown. It is really small. Just not worth it.

Good results
Elated with my first success in setting a cheesecake with agar agar. I tried Siera to make a blueberry cheesecake based on instructions in the recipe, with pleasing results. The cheesecake started setting even as I gave the final mix and set firmly after overnight chilling. No unpleasant taste, odor or mouthfeel.
