Wonderful for home work outs.Chore work outs are tough but when done in the right way it’s super awesome.

Not recommended!
It doesn't slide the way the company claims. A simple piece of cloth does a better job than these disks (which I have been using till now and will be using further).A useless product, and seems fragile too.most important, they do not return the product, only replace it which is ridiculous! because they will send the same product in replacement.guess they also know that their product is not as good as it is being promoted.Anyway, go for an established brand like USI or some other.
