Massage stick roller
I ordered this to massage my legs, which seem to hurt all the time. It's not bad but the rollers are a bit temperamental and on some rolls they move freely and the feeling is great and on others they stick and then I'm just scraping this down my leg. Not bad but I'd have liked it a lot more if the rollers moved better.

How the rollers work
Was in the process of sending this back when my husband said why? He then showed me how the end handle turns and loosens the rollers.It works as a lock.Hope this helps people who dont realise (LOL) this like me.

Not sure it works properly
I bought this because I used a friends massage stick. However, I’m not sure this works properly. The round things in the middle do not go round, I might just as well have got a stick from my garden!

Great bit of kit
I didn't buy this for pain relief. I bought it because I'm on my feet for 13 hours at a time at work so with this I can really massage the backs of my legs as hard as I like to unknot any muscles. It works a treat
