After i bought this product, i had installation issues where Balwan customer support helped. But after 15 days the machine stopped to work. I faced lot of issues (petrol not passing through pipes, Carburetor replacement, Machine not starting at all etc). The overall performance is very very bad. It is difficult to get support for this in every state. So before buying this, check if you have mechanic/support available in your area. Otherwise just avoid it and go for a branded product. This is NOT worth the money.

I have purchased it in Oct 2024 and just started using it. Performance has been good enough so far, noise level is also lesser than expected.I am amazed with the customer service. One of the parts was received as broken in carriage, it was immediately replaced. Proper installation support and demo were given promptly through a video call.

It’s a fantastic product with great pricing. I like the versatility of it, we can use it for different size of weeding, cutting through branches, wood and even tilling. Very happy with buy. Definitely recommended it.

Very worst product,if we get damaged or defective item it's not possible to replacement or return,they were cheating with us,and they use third party courier service and you did not get item on your doorstep, you must collect it at nearest towns,I experienced loss of my valuable money and time,if you want to buy go with nearest local shops, please don't buy in Amazon.

The machine works perfectly and has been a great addition to my gardening tools. Its overall performance is excellent, and it has good mileage, making it very efficient.I also want to highlight the outstanding customer service. When a part arrived broken due to shipping, the support team responded immediately and promised to send the replacement within 48 hours. They were also very helpful in assisting me with assembling the machine.Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommend!
