I have been a long time Nespresso o/l since 2015 and see this offer and wanted this to co inside with my original machine. I am really happy with my purchase. Great coffee, nice flavours, I drink ice latte, hot latte and macchiatos. Milk based drinks. I don’t use syrups, I prefer flavour coffee with natural flavours. And Nespresso offer a great range of options. My friend has a bean to cup machine and he has to use syrups to get the same taste like star bucks or costa where with the pods I can get nice flavours with out all the rubbish from the syrups. Easier to clear. Great customer service. Top machine.

Easy to set up and the app is useful for monthly cleaning. Wish the water would get a bit hotter, no close to boiling.

This is my second Vertuo machine and I love it just as much.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY! DO NOT! You will be better off brewing your coffee instantly than trying this BIG flop of a coffee machine. I've wasted pods after pods as the machine kept stalling and asking to insert a new pod and stalls back again. Well customer service is as useless as their machine anyway, within 4 months of buying my Nespresso from Amazon, they redirected me to get hold of Nespresso repairs instead and they took my original machine away however sent me a pre-loved one (PREVIOUS FAULTY), and within days the say issue was also happening on this one. How can companies like these be allowed to take the mickey out of customers in the UK?
