Paid for new, got used
I paid for a brand new book and received a used book. The condition is very good but you can still tell it was used and should have been told and asked if I still wanted it and charged for a used book or something.

Possibly the worst written textbook I've ever had to purchase!
One star as 0 is not an option.I had to buy this directly through McGraw Hill for a course and the Connect app. It is the worst written and most difficult to use textbooks I have purchased in 40 years of post-secondary education. It is horrible. It is also anachronistic and insulting. Along with basic incompetence in producing educational material, the authors appear to be stuck in the Mad Men era, with actual discussions of managers "shirking". I fully expected the next paragraph to include martinis, cigars, and women (who would only have been secretaries, of course) in skirts and heels. If you're trying to apply the mathematical basis of economics, you're going to have to keep looking. As I currently am. If you're forced to buy it, as I was, good luck. If not, run, don't walk, and try to find something written better. I'm still looking.
