This is an awesome device. It serves as a bridge between the little holes in the wall which have seemingly unlimited power, and my computer which has a limited power source. You simply push the little prongs on the device into the hole in the wall. Then place the other end of the device near the power inlet. Through the magic of magnetism a connection is made. There is a big boxlike device that somehow limits the amount of power that goes to the computer so that it is not overwhelmed. Somehow the device also knows when the computer needs power and an orangish light glows to tell you it is supplying power. If the computer is full, it also knows and power is shut off to the computer so it doesn’t overfill and bad things happen. A green light shows when the computer is full. Overall a great device that I highly recommend for anyone with the right kind of computer. Can not imagine living without it.

What more could I ask for it? It looks just like an OEM charger, and does the job just as well, for a fraction of the price.

Seriously, this thing works just fine! And unless you are really looking you can't tell that it's not a genuine apple product. The only visual differences are that it doesn't have the apple logo engraved into it and it doesn't have the tabs for coiling the cord.But since it's half the price of an apple adapter I can live without those things.Solid purchase. I'll buy this again if my dog chews through it again.

The magnet holding the cord in place with my computer is weak and becomes disconnected quite easily. However having finally found a replacement charger cord that fits my 2013 Mac Book Pro, it is most definitely a very minor issue. Obviously it's getting near impossible to find any replacement parts for this near 20 year old computer so once I found the charger cord fit, I ordered a 2nd one as have found a breakage occurs somewhere along the length of the cord within 1-2 years no matter who makes it.

Honestly it even looks more like an Apple charger than I thought. Looks like it does what I need it to do!

I've only had the product less than a week, but so far, it is working very well. It does not get hot like other reviewers have written (at least not yet). Ordered the product, and was delivered the following day. I will update if anything changes. So far, so good...

My rabbit chewed up my charger! Needed a replacement quickly and one that was less than apples $80 replacements. This works exactly the same as my old one, I am SO relieved and comforted knowing if I need a replacement in the future, this one works great at a fraction of the price.

I had to replace my original charger to my MacBook as my previous one died. I looked to several other websites including Apple, and the prices were super high. I finally found this product. It is identical to my old one, charges my device quickly, and has a long enough cord to use at my desk while it's plugged in. I would definitely recommend this product.
