For the small one Is the opening 6.25 x 6.25 or 6.75 x 8.75? Are the sides black with reflective material inside or white like the front?

The opening panel is 6.75X8.75". Please check the 2nd image to check the sizes. This listing is white as the tittle says, that mean the sides are white.

Would this fit on a 8.5 inch light?
