Best-selling House Plans

Fun to thumb through but not very useful
I enjoy looking at houses and house plans. This book unfortunately, falls short for a few reasons:1 - There's no particular organization. ADUs appear next to mansions. You'll find a log cabin on one page and an industrial modern house on the next. Some of the houses would be great second homes; others are better as primary residences.2 - The floorplan drawings are very small - you need good eyes or strong glasses to read the labels and dimensions. I suspect this is deliberate as the primary goal of the book is to get you to buy the blue prints.3 - There are fluff articles interspersed throughout the book with kernels of wisdom like "Millennials are known for their fascination with technology..." and "If you're inexperienced in construction, you'll probably want to hire a general contractor."Ultimately, this is a fun book to thumb through when your phone battery dies, but the lack of organization and small drawings make it less than useful.

Not up to date.
The plans are very plain and not up to date. The majority seem to be between 1500-2500 sq ft. If that is the size you want, this would work.
