Bought for our new shower, worth every penny.

I used this valve to remodel my shower after I saw it at a 4 star hotel remodel. I was looking for a shower valve/diverter combination and this is perfect being in one housing.People mention the "trim" being expensive, it is- until you realize all the internal shower and diverter valves are in there. The trim and handles are heavy, well made and have a beautiful finish. Follow the directions! Everything is there and easy to understand.I don't understand some people saying the holes in the shower valve are too small and they are not getting enough water out. I am on a well and my pressure is below 60 PSI all the time I have a rain shower and a handheld shower on this valve and I get plenty of water out of both individualy. Both at the same time is less as expected.If you want to get knocked against the shower wall like Rambo in First Blood get a fire hose! Otherwise this valve works perfectly fine

Delta always seems to be well made, this is no exception. professionally installed but would not have been difficult.

And as you can see in the photo it’s just looked odd and not aligned. Should I be concerned?

Picked this one because of the brand, compatibility with the 17T trim valve, and the reputation of Delta. Handy having the shutoff screws at the valve, we can keep the house water on and still calibrate the trim valve temp.
