I bought this brand after using similar product but same brand in rehab. The ability to adjust weight down or up is a bonus and they are sturdy, balanced and well made. I would highly recomend these.

I enjoy walking with these weights around my wrists but they won’t fit on the ankles for leg strengthening. Changing the weight amounts is complicated.

I like that I can adjust the weights

Worked for awhile, then as usual with all of these leg weights, the strap gave up. The metal bent after about two dozen uses. I was able to reattach the metal, but it keeps failing after a few uses. These are my third pair of leg weights, and each brand I've used, the strap fails.

Great works just as they should

First, it doesn't come with detailed instruction. Second, the designer of this item obviously did not test it otherwise he/she would have discover the long wrap-around strap does match up with the opposite velcro without twisting the strap. Third, the sand bag inserts are EXTREMELY hard to remove and insert. If you have hand arthritis you will for sure not want this item..

Exactly what I wanted

I think that for the price, these are excellent ankle weights. They are comfortable and secure on the ankle. The sandbags are a little difficult to get in and out of the bags on the body of the wrap, however
