Great, healthy snack! Taste's good.
I'm not an apple cider vinegar fan b/c vinegar tastes awful to me. It's good for cooking, but just flaxseed and vinegar as a binder?? I was afraid they'd taste vinegary and be an expensive disappointment. BUT, to my pleasant surprise they're a great delight ! I've tried the seasalt and savory cinnamon so far, and like them both. I can taste the apple cider flavor and find it adds a nice tang to the flaxseed. Maybe a tiny bit of vinegar aftertaste, but I'm not sure -- might just be my imagination. It does leave a nice, brief cidery aftertaste, which I find pleasant. Best of all for me, a serving doesn't have much if any of an affect on my blood sugar. I've been a sugar addict and ended up diabetic. These wonderful crackers taste great, help to satisfy my periodic cravings (though I'm always wanting more!), and are truly helping me readjust my snacking to a more healthy product. One review said they were dry. Too me, they didn't leave my mouth as dry as most other popular crackers or chips. Another review said they crumbled. Mine had a few crumbles in the bottom of the bag, but not bad. I think they would if they're jostled around a lot, but what crackers don't? Someone suggested using the crumbles as salad toppings - I agree!

Inedible snack YUCK
I really wanted to like these crackers because of the nutritional value. My wife and I could not handle the nasty taste of these crackers. I had three friends come over to watch a football game and all three spit out the first cracker they tried. Do not try these crackers.

One star off because it least one package per box is open
I really love these but I don't know what to do. I'm freaked out to eat from opened packages. I think these are terrific crackers though other than that. Can you send me a couple of packets to make up for the ones that are open?

Too much spray residue on cracker bags
Product was well packed, however, it arrived with so much spray residue on the outside of the cracker bag that it affected the flavor of the crackers inside so that they are inedible.

Sea salt is my fav flavor. Thanks for a very simple cracker!!
So I've been ordering these on & off for about 10 yrs. I like them! Esp when I'm too crunched to make my own cracker batches. A few of the flavors have kind of odd flavor combos like coconut/chile or red chili pepper/dill (tasty but odd). I really appreciate the simple ones like sea salt & rosemary to combine with more versatility. More simple herb flavors or herb/onion something maybe would be nice. Extremely rarely there might be a few hard crackers, but overall from ordering 100% online for 10 yrs 95% of the bags arrive whole & not crushed, fresh, and just the right cracker texture. Also nice that they're not outrageously priced.

Another new favorite
These work great for a cracker substitute for my whole food/plant-based/vegan/dairy-free/gluten free diet. Food with hummus, salsa, avocado, or just by themselves. They do tend to crumble a bit in the bag, but then I just use the crumbles as "crutons" for my salads.

Why do they taste like FISH??
I took a chance to try these and, unfortunately, now have 12 bags of wasted money. We’re keto so the thought of a crunchy cracker was tempting, and we don’t mind words natural ingredients, flax seeds are great. But these absolutely tastes like fish, yuck, I don’t get it. Was hoping for a neutral flavor with crunch for dipping guacamole or just snacking on. Why do they taste like fish???? Since it’s ridiculous to buy one bag at the price, I now have 12 bags, an expensive experiment.
