⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Bought this Seagate 2TB hard drive and I have to say it's the best hard drive I've ever owned. The speed is great, the storage is massive, and most importantly, it's heavy enough to double as a premium paperweight. Whether I'm transferring files or preventing important documents from flying away, it performs flawlessly. Dropped it once and my floor got scared. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable storage, desk decoration, and office stationery management all in one product. Seagate really thought of everything.

The product is good. It not 5TB storage device it comes with 4.54 GB space. Tranfer rate is quite slow. The service centre is also limited.

This is my second purchase of a Seagate One Touch external HDD. First one was a 2 TB version which I bought 2 years back. Considering the storage price steadily increasing I decided to buy another one. But this time I went with 4TB because 2 TB was costing ~ 9k and 4TB ~ 12.5k. 4TB made a lot of sense. I did not care about the colour. Just went ahead with the one I was getting a bank discount. Seagate hard drives are reliable. For me they have always worked well and worked better than other brands. One Touch version costs slightly more but it comes with password protection which is an added advantage. In summary, though price has steadily increased, but I still feel buying this 4TB version of external HDD makes a lot of sense and I am totallu satisfied with this purcahse. Just a closing note. If you are buying this one or the 2TB version, please get a quality case like the "Aircase" which is also available on Amazon. I bought a 2nd Aircase for this 4TB HDD and it fitted perfectly. The case is quality made and rugged. Just search for "Aircase external HDD case" and you should be able to find it.

This is the second DEFECTIVE digital storage product Amazon has sold to me in the last 3-4 months. The problem is that being a 5TB product - by the time the defect gets apparent - the time period to return this has expired. I believe that this is a DELIBERATE SUBTERFUGE by Amazon - as they are aware of shortages and have started loading on defective pieces to unsuspecting customers - who since the return period has expired - will have to take up the issue of an OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE product with the manufacturers. SIMPLE TRICK : Amazon makes a Promise keeping the return period small enough to never have to live up to it and the hapless consumer runs around in the maze of the manufacturer with an obviously defective product.
