Is the blue in this actually blue or is it more aqua or teal as it looks on my screen?

It’s aqua. It matches my 1950’s aqua bathroom tile.

Does the tile come off the sheets? Or do you install on the sheet?

They’re meant to be installed on the sheet but they’re relatively easy to pull off to make your own patterns. I had mine professionally installed and you can’t see the seams between tiles like some mosaics.

Is this tile frost proof? I’m thinking of using this ceramic tile as a border in our pool in a northern climate.

Your best bet would be to contact the company. There's a place in the description where you buy to get hold of the company. It would look great as a trim on your pool.

If you use this as a shower floor can you put a bath mat with the little suction cups on it? Also, is it slippery to stand on?

I used these on the wall The little tiles are a glazed ceramic and I see no reason you could not use a bath mat on it. The only floor I know of you have to use a mat without suction ups is when you refinish a bathtub or shower floor There's a chance it might be a little slippery since it's glazed. It's beautiful tile and will look great on your shower floor.
