Why does the color say white?

The watch band is pink and the face is a whitish/pinkish color.

Yes, the face does slightly change in color when viewed from different angles. It is similar to the way sunglasses change in color, but more subtle in order to make it easier to see the face of the watch.

Is time visible in dark?

This watch does not glow in the dark or illuminate.
