I wish I had known about these before I went and purchased 21mm flange set to replace my too large Spectra flanges. These are a cheaper fix but great quality. Silicon is comfortable. I think the cut out at the ends for the milk to flow out of could be a little larger but I'm not sure if that really makes any difference in production. They are hard to get in the flange initially but it gets easy after a few times. Getting them out is a bit difficult but only because they fit so snug.
