I haven’t had to use this yet, but it is a standard hot/cold pack. The size of the individual packs are convenient to use for a variety of ailments. The pouch is a great length and the thickness will be great for you to feel the heat or cold without it being directly on the skin. You can also use it to fasten the heat/cold therapy hands free. They seem like good quality so they shouldn’t leak easily! Overall a good purchase and I would recommend this!

I like the size and flexibility, but I only ever use 3 at the same time at most as I generally need to swap them ouy for the other 3 after 10 minutes. They get warm pretty quickly -at least when I've used them, once they're out of the freezer.

I am so glad I purchased these! I recently had surgery on my wrist and needed to keep ice on/off for 20 minute intervals for a pretty long time & these were a lifesaver! It’s hard to find an ice pack that won’t sweat or melt quickly, but these did the trick! It’s also great to have multiple because I I could have 2 out while the other 4 were freezing and cycle through them in perfect time 👍🏻

Ordered this because I have heat sensitivity. But my husband ended up trying it first. We’ve used the ice packs in the wrap & out. Would definitely recommend.

In the night, my foot hurt a lot, and I place one in my sock. It helps relieving some of the pain.

If you want a Velcro that sticks well this is the product to buy. I find it difficult to remove.
