Good value item / perfect gift to keep on hand for the unexpected party invite. Can't go wrong with a fire truck.

The noise/light button on the truck was broken out of the box. My son loved a ton it even broken.... during his nap on Christmas day, I took the toy a part, verified all wire connections were good and found the culprit was the exterior noise button coming loose from the interior black rubber noise button that signals the circuit board . Couldn't figure out how to reattach it to the plastic button so I didn't put the exterior plastic button back. Instead, using electrical tape, put the black rubber noise button directly through the hole. His Dad & I then tested the functionality & safety of my fix until we were satisfied.It's been over a week of constant fire engine noise now :) Another relative got the Dump Truck by the same brand and it has the exact same button problem. Haven't had time to fix the dump truck yet. The ladder length is awesome! Great toy except for the button thing.

Item was great for the first 20 mins the the sounds stopped and lights stopped working. We replaced the batteries and it still would not work. Very disappointed and sad for a 3 yr old boy.

I got the set (dump truck, garbage truck, excavator and firetruck) for my nephew for his birthday and he loves them. They are larger than I thought they were going to for the price. They all have lights and make realistic sounds.

I wanted to love this toy. Actually, we got this at an outlet for $10. But no siren, instead two different back up beeps. My two year old even noticed.

It came quickly and worked out of the box, however within a couple of hours the lights and sounds stopped working. My husband took it apart, fixed it and put it back together. It worked for about another hour and quit again. The kids love it, so we're keeping it. It could be a blessing it stopped making sounds, but they were very disappointed they couldn't make it light up again!

The sounds button broke and the firetruck didn't make sounds after 15 mins of play. The engine noise it's works when you move it and it is one of my son's favorite toys. It has help up well for the last few months with a toddler's rough way of playing. For the price worth it just don't expect the sounds to work for long.

Nice size, not small, not large. Nice toy and quality for the sale price I got it at.
