what does the oposite side look like? Is it cute too? do you see the animals on both sides?

yes, it looks the same on both sides of the door...only problem seems to be doesn't want to stick well on the sides/top.

Can this be used on a wall or only glass? Is the sticky side on the back/front of pic? Are they separate pics of each animal or a group pic?

It can be used on any smooth surface, but the surface has to be smooth so I have my doubts it would work on a wall. It's more of a "vinyl cling" that makes it stay on the surface. I have it on the front of my dishwasher and it clings well to that. As others have said, it is one big decal.

Can this be used on a car? Is it perforated?

It can be used on any smooth glass surface. It isn't perforated, it is clear plastic film with the design on it...so the animal images could obstruct you view if use on a car window.

Just received this decal and it is unpeeling from the window. It is 33 degrees out so is it too cold? No temperature thresholds on the directions

I placed the decals on the window when it was very cold out, but used the backing paper to really smooth the decal to the window. Also, I cut out the vinyl so it followed the outline of each of the animals. The critters look so much more lifelike.
