The media could not be loaded. First thing, first...you don't have to worry about packaging. No dents, no breaks or anything of that sort. This safe comes boxed nicely, with plenty of safeguards. Next, build quality -- it's there. This safe is built solid, doesn't feel like dropping it on the floor will break anything, and the exterior is tough. You get 2 keys, some hardware, and nice padding on the inside. The only thing it does not come with is batteries, but that's kind of a given. If you choose to use the fingerprint reader or the key code combo, the setup button is on the inside of the safe. The instructions made it seem as they are on the outside, but it's near the opening on the inside.Once you get your finger print and key code setup, that's it. You are up and running! I love the way the safe opens. No noise, very gentle but solid opening. The only thing I would recommend is to turn off the beeping. It's a little loud and kind of annoying. Simply hold the '1' key and it shuts off. Solid, well made, quiet, works as expected......highly recommended!

I was skeptical but this safe is sharp. The only issue I have is after I unlock the safe with my finger, it doesn’t “pop” open. I have to use my fingers to get under the lid to open. Other than that. I recommend it! Good buy

Lock broken after minimal use. Still under warranty, but no response from company via email or on facebook. (Facebook page has not been updated since 2001). No website for this company. Buyer beware!
