Only shampoo that I’ve tried that truly removes chlorine and keeps my swimming hair from being dried out and crunchy. I recommend the conditioner also.

Great product, smells good and works as intended

I've been using TRIHARD Swimmers Shampoo Extra Boost for a while now, and I'm really happy with how it’s been working for my hair. Since I swim regularly, I needed something that could handle the chlorine and harsh chemicals, and this shampoo does a great job at that. After each swim, my hair feels clean and soft, without the dryness I used to experience. The shampoo removes the chlorine effectively, and I’ve noticed my hair is much healthier and more manageable. There’s also a nice cooling sensation when you use it, which is a refreshing bonus after a workout. The consistency is a bit thinner than other shampoos, so I end up using a bit more, but it's worth it for the results. Overall, if you’re looking for something to protect your hair from pool damage, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It’s made a noticeable difference for me.

I'm in the pool 3x a week for an hour. I do use a swim cap and make sure my hair is wet before I put it on and enter for my laps. I really wanted to like this based on others reviews but first and foremost this stuff stinks to high heaven. It has a medicated tea tree menthol smell. No lychee about it! I also don't notice a difference in my miniminaly highlighted hair. It still feels dried out. I use this brands conditioner, both as directed. It leaves your scalp and body with a cooling effect not something I particularly care for as my locker room runs on the cold side all year long. My 9 yo daughter said it felt like her scalp was burning. So we are now taking multiple products to our sessions. I'll use this up as it's expensive and will not be repurchasing. **UPDATE** Although this product line was not for our family the customer service is awesome. They did offer us an apology and a full refund. While not my intention at all when leaving any review, as no one can forsee the outcome of how individuals will react to personal care products. Maybe in the future if they come out with a different scent and added a more moisturizing conditioner we will give it another try.

Loyal customer here! The opening of the new container is too small and requires a hard squeeze. I ended up transferring it back to its former bottle … But great product still.

My first batch was a present. I swim three days a week, and use this after my swim. It lathers up well, and leaves my hair clean and free of the chlorine smell. (I do use a little conditioner afterwards.) It doesn't take a lot (I have pretty short hair) so the bottles last a long time, as well. Would definitely recommend if you swim frequently. Will definitely be buying again.

Regarding the amount of advertisement done for this shampoo, it is no good in my opinion. It does not help fully clean the scalp and also contain menthol which is not suitable for a sensitive scalp.

Bought this for the wife she goes swimming most mornings now she won't use a nything else plenty of brownie points for me
