Begin applying the cream to the affected area by massaging it gently into your skin. Use circular motions and a light touch to avoid causing any discomfort. Continue massaging for 2 to 3 minutes, making sure the cream is evenly distributed over the varicose veins. 3)After massaging the cream into your skin, allow it to absorb for a few minutes fully. This will give the active ingredients in the cream a chance to work their magic. Team NOTSHY.

Given the size & diameter of legs of Adults, will the 25gm tube be sufficient ?.. it will get over in 3 days & purchasing 10 tubes per month is costly

Although I have bought this, I have not begun using it. I have been using a similar cream (in a similar tube), and it should last to between a week to 10 days for 3 applications per day.
