Good for beginners
It is good for beginners and weighs exactly the same mentioned in dumbbell. But concrete or whatever is inside might break it one drops it.

Price is justified
The sand comes out from the side seals, after resealing myself it’s ok now. But price is justified.

Sand filled dumbbells !
These are cheap as they are sand filled and very flimsy. Also , I purchased a set of 3kgs dumbbells but one weighs 2.5 kgs and another one is 2.7kgs!! So total waste of money and would be throwing them away !Easy to hold but you can hear sand rolling around if you lift it for workout .These are non returnable so now I have to deal with them now !Luckily didn’t receive the broken ones !
