Good ones. These are the same brand the physical therapists use where I live. Strong and last a long time. Eventually theyll rip, but the quality is good. 5'6" 188lbs. I stretch using these every morning.

These bands arrived on time and were exactly as described. I needed them for a class I'm teaching, and they were easy to cut to the length I needed. Good quality and consistency. I feel they are worth the money.

I use therband therapy bands in an aging adult fitness class settings. We use yellow, red and green bands, each provides a different resistance level. Bands are suitable for frequent practice and are available with or without latex. These bands provide a safe, affordable way to exercise muscle groups by adjusting the placement of the band. They can easily be cut in appropriate lengths and can be tied for use as a mini band. Therabands are color-coded for resistance levels, making it easier to recommend what color a customer should use based on their fitness level.
