I did not take them up on the offer because I had been wearing the charm part which was perfectly fine, and I just did not feel that would have been fair. However, it speaks volumes about the seller that they want to make it right! Thank you to them for being a responsible and fair company. Original 3 stars changed to 5 stars for outstanding customer service.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Unique, but quality is lowThe eye part is cute, but the chain it comes on is terrible. It's a different color gold than the gold on the eye. The gold on the eye is shiny/brighter, and the chain it come son is darker/duller. The lobster clasp on the chain is also a little darker. I have not even taken the additional paperclip chain out of the package yet. I'm going to find another chain and keep the eye charm.

I bought three of these- one for my sister, a friend, and myself; all three of us wear these necklaces DAILY, and they have NOT tarnished or turned or lost any of their beauty!! I have accidentally showered in it several times, my sister wore hers on her spring break in pools, oceans, showers, etc for over a week and still it looks brand new! If and when mine breaks (because that’s the purpose of the evil eye- not that the necklace would break from quality because it’s amazing quality), I will absolutely be ordering another!! Great gift for others, and yourself!!!

Definitely not nickel free. I am highly allergic to nickel and got horrible bad rash. I’d you are not allergic to nickel, this is a beautiful necklace. I do appreciate the wonderful customer service.

These are really nice and cute. These are going to be Valentine’s Day gifts for my sons kindergarten teachers. I just got them in today opened them up to check them out to make sure they were OK and you can see that the silver paper clip necklace does not have a end clasp piece like the gold one does. I’m kinda of disappointed.. Also a suggestion would be to add like five more paper clip pieces because I can barely fit this around my neck and I don’t have a thick neck at all. It’s super small and tight.
