Holder is quality solid metal, included screws are junk, dont use them
This is a solid sturdy piece, not a plastic coated one like most kits come with. But be prepared to use better quality screws as the included ones are junk. Heads snap off before screw is sunk which is a pita to then remove and relocate holder. Get some decent screws and youre set

Perfect little holder!
Wow after reading some of these other reviews, I feel the need to address some things…Not for tile?? Lol well, in case you didn’t know… you can drill into your tile with the correct bit. I guess some people don’t want to drill into their showers but if that’s the case, why are you buying and negatively reviewing a product that is meant to be permanently installed?Tip: if you have porcelain tiles, you need a diamond tipped drill bit. From my own experience, I couldn’t really tell if I had porcelain or ceramic so I bought some diamond tipped drill bits (from amazon because the prices at big box stores are more than triple) just to be safe. I did NOT want to deal with a cracked tile!!! I didn’t use the anchors included; the only anchors I like to use are Toggler brand anchors (in the green and white bag). I had 3/16” available so used those. The anchors included are ¼” anchors so buy those drill bits if you wish to use the included anchors. I’ve linked 3/16” which will be too small for the included cheap anchors. This isn’t a review for wall anchors but I use Toggler because they can’t fall through the hole and also stay in very well.Doesn’t hold a standard shower hose?? Are you installing it upside down? The hole has a smaller end and a larger end so just try it both ways. It fits the attachment part of a standard shower hose perfectly — and it holds onto the part of the hose that screws into the handheld sprayer; not not the sprayer itself. I can see how that might work for some people but maybe not on really top heavy or bulky sprayers. One thing to note about this holder is that it holds the wand upright at a 90 degree angle so it might not be great if you want to use the wand as a shower head as well. I actually like this because it I already have a rain head so this adds a horizontal body spray element to the shower if I turn them both on at the same time.I was able to upgrade my shower with several other high quality yet inexpensive products all from amazon! For $10, this is a great high quality piece priced just how it should be!3 way diverter: https://www.amazon.com/Diverter-Showerhead-Universal-Replacement-Uvish/dp/B0BXX7JPVSHandheld Shower Wand: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZVRR2FLDiamond Tip Drill Bits: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Y65DNNJ

This has to be mounted with screws
This may have worked but I was hesitant to drill into my tile walls. I liked the shape and fit but no way to secure it otherwise. So ordered another style.

Solid steel!
This is the best holder I've purchased! It is solid steel! Installation was easy, except drilling through my tile was very tough! Other than that, it fit my handshower beyond perfect!

Beautiful. Elegant.
I have a new WaterPik handheld shower. https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81VM+1roPcL._AC_SX679_.jpg Amazing. Best handheld shower I've ever used. Unfortunately, the storage bracket for the shower head is too high for my wife to use safely. We therefore looked for a bracket that we could install on the shower wall at a lower point to store the showerhead. The bad news is that the WaterPik fitting is large. Too large for a standard wall bracket. WaterPik sellls a wall system, but it's almost 175% of the cost of the showerhead assembly! No thank you.We have attempted to purchase two alternative showerhead brackets on Amazon without success. So far, we have not been successful.Enough of that. This bracket was the latest purchase and it is beautiful. Highly polished chrome over brass. Manufacturing quality: excellent. The corners are quite crisp/sharp and that is a concern getting in and out of the shower stall or tub. Installers should keep that in mind when deciding where to place the bracket.

Exactly what I needed!
When I moved into my new house the shower head was so high that I couldn't reach it. I've lost a lot of height in my old age and although I had the head with the cord attached, it did me no good if I couldn't reach it. The shower stall is tiny and washing in it without using the corded head was difficult at best. I had no idea they even made something like this. I only knew of the stick on ones. I tried one of those and of course it did NOT stay on the wall. Paying to have this installed was worth every penny. What did we ever do before Amazon?

Nice quality solid chunk
Recently installed a hand-held shower and bought a suction cup holder so we could try out locations. I quickly tired of the suction cup falling off the wall every few days. This is a nice quality solid metal holder. Now that we know where we want the mount to be, this is far better. It's a nice metal chunk with good chrome. Minimalist for sure but does the job. Holds the shower head securely and fits just fine. It does require mounting with screws, but it isn't going to fall off the wall. Like it.
