Hello and Thank you for your question on the Boon NURSH Nipples Three Piece Pack, Stage 3. Yes, these are dishwasher safe.

Q: Can a small amount of cereal mixed with formula flow out of the stage 3 nipples?

Yes, my daughter has reflux and her pediatrician has us mix in a little of baby cereal to thicken her formula. Currently she uses the Stage 2 nipple and it flows great.

Q: Are boon nursh nipples compatible with kiindee system?

I haven't used the kiinde system but I don't think they are.

Q: Will these fit Comotomo bottles?

No, I believe they seal differently to the ring collar. They might be a similar diameter, but after owning both they aren't completely interchangeable with standard COMO TOMO nipples.
