These pre-filter replacement sleeves by AC Infinity for an 8" diameter carbon filter are great quality and fit perfectly. They help protect the activated charcoal inside the carbon filter from getting dirty with debris from the plants and also keep the charcoal from creating a mess inside the grow tent. The filters are 100% breathable and allow for proper air filtration and odor removal. I was amazed after a grow all the dust and pollen that had built up around the entire pre-filter on my carbon filter. I was able to easily remove the pre-filter and rinse it off with water in the sink, and it is back to new shape now and ready for re-use. The pre-filters have some stretch to them so they will securely fit over the carbon filter without any worry about them sliding off. These pre-filters are to be used with any carbon filter that has an 8" round opening. I am very impressed with the great quality of AC Infinity grow products and use not only their 8" carbon filter kit but also some of their oscillating fans that work great. I highly recommend these pre-filters to everyone who uses an 8" carbon filter system for their plant growing needs.

Too big

Wonderful replacements that catch a lot of dust and other particles. It was easy to put on and it fits snugly on my filter. The fabric is strong and I can see it lasting a few years at least, probably more. AC Infinity products have all been great for me and this is no exception.

Worked great! This has a nice soft fabric slip on covers. It's open at both ends so don't mistaken this for a sock version. There's no drawstring to tighten, so you may have to zip tie or masking tape the ends to keep large particles out of the filter. This was definitely an upgrade considering my filter came with a single flat 'filter fabric' that I had to roll/wrap around my canister and it technically has a seam right down the center. Thankfully this is also a 2 pack, so you have an extra in reserves if your cat happens to rub up on the first one and leave it loaded with fuzz lol.

Genuine AC Infinity product with the great quality they always deliver. I have been running a ACI system for several years and they have always done right by me! These pre filters do seem to catch a lot of particulate.

These are a must have for a carbon filter.. it keeps all the larger particles out allowing for much longer operation of the filter.. these allow for great air flow. Always great to have an extra on hand to change out
